Do I need to install anything?
No. Use Shift Hours in your browser. Microphone, screen sharing and other permissions depend on your browser and device.
Can I use a phone, tablet or computer?
Yes. The interface adapts to your screen. Large files and complex tasks may work better on a computer; report your device and browser to Support if you encounter a problem.
Where do I find the tools?
On the home page, explore each tool’s highlights and open “See all features” for details without signing in. To use a tool, sign in with Google and choose a tool in your workspace or the Tools menu. Each tool has its own controls to open, save or download results.
Can I pin the tools I use most?
Yes. Once signed in, tap a tool’s star on the home page: it moves to “Favourites” at the top. With favourites, the full list starts folded; tap “All tools” to open it. Tap the star again to remove it. With more than one favourite, use “Reorder” and the arrows to set their order, and the − button to fold the section. Favourites are saved on your account and show on any device.
Do I lose my work if I close the page or my device turns off?
You shouldn’t. The tools keep a draft on this device whenever you change something: the invoice, the QR code, open spreadsheets and PDFs, images, background cut-outs, the document list and data pasted into Fórmula Fácil. When you open the tool again in the same browser, your work comes back. The draft stays on this device only and is not uploaded; on another device or browser it starts empty. Download or save the final result to keep it for good.
Can I change the language and colors?
The site opens in your computer or phone language (Portuguese, English or Spanish; English for other languages). You can change it at any time with the site controls: the choice is kept on this device and, when signed in, in your profile, so it applies on any device. You can also adjust the theme. Your language preference does not automatically translate document content.
