How do I request a formula in Fórmula Fácil?
Describe the calculation, name the columns and first data row, and give a small example of the expected result. This helps the assistant explain a suitable formula.
Do I need my own key or account to use the Fórmula Fácil AI?
No. With your site account, the Fórmula Fácil AI is already on: just ask in the chat. It only answers about Excel, Google Sheets and the tool itself. There is a number of questions per day; when it runs out, the automatic answers and the function library keep working, and there are more the next day. Do not write personal or sensitive data in your questions.
The formula failed in Excel. What should I check?
Check Excel’s language, separators, column names and data types. Tell the assistant the error message and test its suggestion on a copy or a small sample before applying it to the entire file.
Does Fórmula Fácil edit my entire Excel workbook?
It helps prepare and explain formulas; it does not replace a full spreadsheet editor. Excel Studio is planned and is not available yet.
Are AI answers always correct?
No. AI can misunderstand a request or suggest a formula that does not fit your data. Review the explanation, test the result and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information.
