Online bookings and clients who come back on time
A booking page with services, prices and photos. Clients book without an account, optional MB WAY or Pix deposit and a heads-up to come back when a service runs out.
Create your business page with services, prices, photos and opening hours, and share the link: clients book on their own, without an account. In the agenda you confirm requests, record the service done and mark no-shows. Each service can have a lifetime (e.g. seat treatment, 6 months): when it is about to run out, the client turns red and a ready message waits to be sent by WhatsApp or SMS. Optional deposit by MB WAY, Pix or bank transfer, paid straight to the business. 14 days free once per account.
Free plan with a Google account. Works in the browser on computer, tablet and phone.

Frequently asked questions
How does Booking work?
In Booking, create your business page with a name, link address, WhatsApp and services (length, price and, if you want, a deposit). Set your opening hours, days closed and minimum notice. Share the link: the client picks the service, the day and a free time and books without an account. With “Confirm at once” on, the booking is confirmed; off, it waits until you confirm it in the Agenda.
How do I tell clients it is time to come back?
Give each service a lifetime, e.g. “seat treatment, 6 months”. When the client has the service, tap “Done (check-in)” in the Agenda, or record the service on the client’s card. A few days before it runs out (7 by default, change it in More › Business profile › Heads-ups), the client turns red in Clients with the message ready: tap WhatsApp or SMS to send it from your phone, or copy it. The site does not send messages on its own; the number of heads-ups also shows on the home page and in the Tools menu.
Can I ask for a deposit or full payment before the booking?
Yes, per service: no deposit, a fixed amount, a percentage or full payment. Write how to pay in More › Business profile › Bookings (MB WAY, Pix or IBAN); the client sees the amount and those instructions after booking. The money goes straight to you: Shift Hours does not receive or keep your clients’ payments. Bookings with a deposit wait until you tap Confirm or “Mark deposit received”.
Can the client and I put bookings in our calendars?
Yes. After booking, the client has “Add to calendar” (.ics file for Apple, Outlook and others) and Google Calendar. In the Agenda, “Export calendar” downloads upcoming bookings as an .ics file. There is no automatic sync with Google Calendar.
How do I get reviews from clients?
After the service, mark the booking as “Done (check-in)” in the Agenda and tap “Ask for a review”: WhatsApp opens with the link ready, or the link is copied if the client has no phone. The client picks 1 to 5 stars and can leave a comment; each booking can only be reviewed once. Reviews show on your page with the first name and last initial, and you can reply to each one in Reviews. You cannot delete or change the stars of a review.
What is the list of businesses at /agendar?
It is a public page where clients look for businesses by name, city or kind (barber, nails, beauty and more), with “Recommended” (best rated) and “New” sections. Your page shows there with its first photo, address and stars, unless you hide it from search in More › Business profile. There is no fee per client who comes from the list.
Where do I see the bookings I or my clients made?
In the Agenda, the “Upcoming” view lists every booking from today on, grouped by day; “By day” and “Week” show the grid with the hours. After you save a manual booking, the agenda opens on that day. Whoever books goes straight into Clients, with their booking history. The agenda refreshes on its own every minute while it is open; the refresh button reads it at once.
How much does Booking cost?
Every account can try Booking free for 14 days, once. After that, the page only takes bookings with the Booking or Premium + Booking plan; prices show in the Plans window. Premium alone does not include Booking. Your data, clients and bookings stay saved even without a plan.
