Frequently asked questions

How do I prepare an invoice?

Open Invoice creator, enter your details, client details and items with quantities and prices. Review totals and information before saving, sharing or downloading.

Can I add my logo and customize the invoice?

Yes. Add your logo and use editing controls to adjust colors, font, size and layout. Check the result before sending it to your client.

How do I find a saved invoice?

Use Save in Invoice creator and open My Invoices with the same account. Downloading a PDF creates a device copy; it does not replace saving to your account.

Can I download an invoice or send a link?

Yes. Use Download for a PDF or Share to create a link. Review the details first and send the link only to its intended recipients.

Can I make quotes, proposals, receipts or contracts?

Yes. In the Invoice Creator, choose Invoice, Quote, Proposal, Receipt or Simple contract at the top. The title, labels and number change with the type (e.g. QT-2026-…); quotes and proposals suggest a validity date and terms, the receipt includes a statement of the amount received, and quotes, proposals and contracts end with signature lines. Everything stays editable, and the type is saved with the document. The suggested texts are only a starting point: review them and check the legal and tax requirements of your country; the document is not sent to any authority.

How do I put my logged hours on an invoice or quote?

In the Invoice Creator, below the items, tap Import hours (you need to be signed in). Choose the job, the period and whether you want one line per day or one line with the total. Each line takes the hours as quantity (two decimals) and the job hourly rate as price; unpaid breaks are taken off. Empty lines are replaced and you can edit everything afterwards.
