Choose whether the break is paid or unpaid when recording a shift. Check this choice and the break duration if total hours differ from your expectation.
Can I record an overnight shift?
Yes. Shifts can cross midnight. Check start, end and breaks; for example, 22:00 to 06:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break gives 7h30.
How do I view totals and create an hours report?
Choose the job and period you want to review. Check entries and use the report option in the tool. Calculated earnings depend on the rate and hours entered.
